Health is something that everyone dreams, for younger, they might not concern about this, but eventually when they are became older, all the time they spent and money they collect are for their health.

When we got sick, the first time cross on our head is getting some help, and usually the next step is taking some medicine or drugs. Don’t you know that in medicine they have two type of drugs, which are patent/ordinary drugs and generic drugs.
What are they? lets find out more.

Patent drug is drug that have patent rights, usually the patent for 20 years, after 20 years, the drugs later could be produce by other medical company.

While generic drugs or International Non Propietary Names (INN) is drug that have same effect as patent drug but being produce more bigger with more affordable price.

So it have some similar effect, but not all patent drugs have generic type, why because generic drug being produce massive and supported by government in order to provide drugs that could be bought by all of their citizen, including the poor.

Instead of the factor that being supported by government, another element that could made generic drug more cheaper is they are copying the patent drug, which not required research and development. Okay some says that patent drugs are much more effective then generic, the reasons might be because of they still doing the research and kept on improving the drugs.

Some drugs that you could found in both patent and generic type are like when you buy Wellbutrin, buy Paxil, and buy Nexium.

The density in crowded population also could make some heat or un comfortable air, if you are living in these kind of area then the choice are installing a fan or installing an air conditioner.

Currently we could found lots of model of this AC, some come with advertisement latest technology invented, some with low power consumption, the prices are vary as well. But rather then buying a new one, why not treat it well, so we could use more longer.

To make your air conditioner effective, maintenance is the key, these kind of maintenance started from yourself.
Below are things you should know:
1. Direct sunlight exposure into your room could impact on the heat of your room, installing an AC might help the temperature, but if you could avoid the exposure, then you could safe power consumption of the AC.
2. Instead of sunlight exposure, keeping the room close could help maintain the temperature of the room, for example by closing the doors or windows.
3. Simple maintenance routine by checking the air filter once a month.
4. Ask your air conditioning service service to perform maintenance on your air conditioner at least once of 3-4 months.

Having the best technical services is also the key to keep your AC system longer. Get your trusted AC services to do the maintenance, for example is Newington AC System Installation.

Why not try use wire for your sculpture?

Sculptures made out of wire generally depict the different shapes of jewelry or trees. It is easy to learn the art of wire tree sculpting. The tree sculptures look good and can be made without spending much.

Mr. Alexander Calder was known for experimenting with the art of wire sculptures. One would require different tools such as the pliers, mandrels, wire cutters, etc. for the creation of wire sculptures. However, sculpting being a handicraft, most of the work in this type of sculpting is done by hands.

Wire Tree Sculpture

In the process of creating a tree sculpture, one has to first decide on which wire to use. The wires to be used for sculpting could differ in their thickness and pliability. The wires that have pliability between 20-24 gauge are considered to be the best for sculpting. Small wires should not be used for big sculptures, since most of the wire would unnecessarily be used up. Wires made from copper or steel are generally used to make sculptures. These wires are available in large spools in departmental stores. Coat hangers can also be used in wire tree sculpture creation. These hangers are however, difficult to bend and would require tools such as pliers and wire cutters. Needle nose pliers are used to cut coat hangers.

How to Make Wire Sculptures

In the process of making tree sculptures, the creation of roots is an important step. The tree is shaped with the roots and trunk as its base. The trunk is made either by shaping the wire in a zigzag manner or spirally wrapping two wires together. To make the bottom of the trunk broader than the above portion, the wires should be slightly loosened up. Wires that are bound spirally lend an artistic look.

Trunk and Branches
The wire from the trunk should be continued to form the branches and leaves of the tree. One can also attach new pieces for the same. The wires used for leaves and branches should be wrapped tightly so that they don’t rock or move back and forth from their original position. So as to give it a natural look, the tree should be shaped randomly.

Roots
The roots should be made from the wires that emerge out of the trunk portion. There is no limit as to how many roots one can draw from the trunk. The roots should be bent in such a manner that they appear to be well spaced. The roots should be wrapped around the basal part of the tree.

Top
The topmost portion of the tree should be made by bending the wires and giving them a curved shape. It is difficult to shape the top portion with the help of a coat hanger; thus, small and pliable wires need to be used for this task.

While making a tree sculpture, one should wear gloves to protect their hands from any cuts that result from handling the wires. One can experiment a lot with the shapes of a wire tree sculpture. Since every tree has a unique shape, there is scope to create different patterns. Sculpting a wire tree is thus, a fun activity that enables us to channel our creativity.

Here are some useful tips for using spray paint.

At first, canned spray paint seems pretty straight forward, however with experience you learn that there are many factors to consider when using this material.

1. Wear a respirator- Spray paint is bad for you. In the short term, breathing too much of it can cause photosensitivity, headaches, nausea and all sorts of annoying symptoms. Long term it can cause brain damage and cancer.

2. Spray paint has a shelf life- Old cans of spray paint are more likely to gum up the nozzle. If you are buying, even a good brand of spray paint, from a discount store it is probably old.

3. Its worth buying a good brand. My favorite brand of spray paint is Krylon, but there are a couple similarly priced brands that do about as well. Ive found the better brands get about twice as much coverage as the cheap brands. Cheap brands are more likely to run out of compressed air in the can before the paint is gone, or gum up more quickly, or simply not have as much paint. The better brands also tend to get a more even spray.

4. Read the can for type- There are tons of new kinds of spray paint out there for different uses. Normal, old fashioned spray paint melts foam and doesnt stick well to metal or plastic. In recent years they have developed foam safe spray paint (floral spray paint is also foam safe), as well as spray paint developed specifically to stick to plastic and metal. While the plastic spray paint still doesnt stick as well as I had hoped, its better than anything else Ive found for painting plastic.

5. Read the can for dry time- Some says it takes 3 minutes to dry to the touch and a couple hours to set completely. Some says it takes a couple hours to dry to the touch and overnight to set completely. In reality these times vary a bit depending on weather and such, but they are good guidelines. Personally, I ONLY buy the quick set kind for theater use. The longer setting kind has this issue where the tiny droplets get into the air and spread around the building sticking to things like theater seating or curtains. Because its still wet as it travels, it will stain whatever it lands on. With the quickset kinds, the droplets are pretty dry by the time they travel ten feet, so they can be swept and brushed off surfaces when they travel.

6. Consider your location- If you are painting outside in the hot summer, the heat can cause the paint to dry inside your nozzle rather quickly. High heat combined with humidty can also cause the paint to only dry only on the surface, and remain wet underneath so it never completely dries. Very cold weather can mess with the paints ability to dry as well.

7. Accessorize- If you are spraying lots of paint out of cans, consider spending a couple dollars on an external trigger, such as the Krylon Snap and Spray attachment. This saves your finger from going numb from extended pressure in the same tiny place, and also saves the very tip of your finger from getting spray paint all over it from that little bit of overspray at the top of the nozzle.

If you’re just starting out you may want to practice making simpler sculptures using chocolate molds. These can be found at arts and crafts stores, supermarkets and other food specialty stores. You could start with the most basic of chocolate sculpture; a piece of candy. To do this, just melt semi-sweet chocolate and pour it into the mold. Refrigerate until the candy is hard. Many stores will sell chocolate especially for this purpose and it can come in a variety of flavors and colors. If you want to be creative with your coloring and can’t find exactly what you’re looking for, add food coloring to white chocolate.

Once you’re comfortable with making candy you’re ready to try some more advanced chocolate sculpture. Using a double-boiler, melt semi-sweet chocolate. Place it on a piece of parchment paper and using a spatula, flatten it. You have two options now. You can either let the chocolate dry as is, then cut it into pieces and use melted semi-sweet chocolate to hold them together. Though this works well for simple shapes, it doesn’t give you a whole lot of freedom. Your other option is to place another piece of parchment paper over the melted chocolate. This piece of paper should have the drawing of what you want to create on it. Smooth the paper out so there aren’t any bubbles. Once it’s dry you can cut around your drawing and use colored chocolate, sprinkles, coconut and nuts to decorate your creation.
